      Calling flop min-bet is fine, since you´re getting so good odds+ if you hit your 6 you can also get more money in the pot.
      I would re-raise turn. BB bet out strong, so he probably has T or flushdraw, he would probably call your 3$ re-raise anyway.
      Q is terrible card. Any Q or T has you beaten and I would just call BB 1$ bet, since hard to imagine that weaker hands would call your re-raise on the river.
