Pre: standard IMO no need to 3b since we would isolate ourselves vs better and our hand plays well postflop IP.

Flop: Personally I prefer to just take a free card on the flop and keep the pot small and the if we hit on the turn just value bet relentlessly.

I think if we had more hands on villain and know he tends to just play fit or fold postflop then I think a bet is better, but tbh I don't think there is a huge difference between betting and checking behind here since we would expect villain to protect a made hand and we might even get AQ/AK to fold.

Turn: Once villain calls I would expect him to have a passively played pair or weaker FD so no point in betting. If he wont fold a pair or a draw to a bet on the flop, he wont on the turn.

River: Not much to say here... he's probably potting it because he's pissed that he missed a check raise on the turn with a pair.

      NH IMO :s_biggrin:

      Hello Sikac,

His calling range most likely will beat you on the flop which could be going for pot control with some PP. So I would have played the same way, well played!

      Best Regards.
