      Hi,

      no-one is going to fold there Jx to that bet size and also with Tx it is quite tempting to call you down. I would prefer betting 17$ minimum on the river and consider even overbetting to 30$. That spot is very difficult to him, since he likely has maximum only AJ and I would not overbet river with worse hands, so I think he has to fold it most of the times.
