      $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players

      BB: $0.80 (40 bb)
      UTG+1: $0.65 (32.5 bb)
      UTG+2: $5.49 (274.5 bb)
      MP1: $2.02 (101 bb)
      MP2: $3.80 (190 bb) 28/0/1.0/0.0/29/29
      Hero (MP3): $2.22 (111 bb)
      CO: $2.11 (105.5 bb)
      BTN: $5.36 (268 bb)
      SB: $2.23 (111.5 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T T
      3 folds, MP2 calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.10, 4 folds, MP2 calls $0.08

      Flop: ($0.23) 3 A 4 (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero bets $0.12, MP2 calls $0.12

      Turn: ($0.47) A (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero checks

Should I 2nd Barrel here? If I check won't it be obvious that I don't have an A and would be forced to fold to a bet by him on the river even if he bluffs?

      River: ($0.47) J (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero checks

Another check by him signalling more weakness. Should I bet here assuming that he doesn't have a better hand as he has just been passive all through the hand? I played for pot control but perhaps I should have value bet on the river?

      Results: $0.47 pot ($0.02 rake)
      Final Board: 3 A 4 A J
      MP2 showed 2 2 and lost (-$0.22 net)
      Hero showed T T and won $0.45 ($0.23 net)

      Hello maheepsangari,

Well, even if you decide to protect from your hands from overcards on the flop then you should bet there bigger not just half pot which makes weak your hand. Otherwise I wouldn't bet the turn, not many worse will pay you anyways. :)

      Best Regards.
