Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players

      MP2: $2.56 (51.2 bb)
      Hero (MP3): $5 (100 bb)
      CO: $5 (100 bb)
      BTN: $7.13 (142.6 bb)
      SB: $12.20 (244 bb) 18/9/0.9/6.7/48/147
      BB: $4.50 (90 bb)
      UTG+1: $5.07 (101.4 bb)
      UTG+2: $5.02 (100.4 bb)
      MP1: $13.27 (265.4 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J J
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, SB calls $0.18, BB folds

      Flop: ($0.45) K J 6 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.35, SB calls $0.35

      Turn: ($1.15) K (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.80, SB calls $0.80

      River: ($2.75) Q (2 players)
SB bets $1.60, Hero raises to $3.65 and is all-in, SB calls $2.05

His donk on the river I thought could mean that he probably completed a straight on the river or hit two pairs or hit 3 of a kind on the turn and raised now or perhaps missed a flush and tried to bluff here. I thought it best to shove with my full house and just calling here would perhaps be too passive.

      Results: $10.05 pot ($0.42 rake)
      Final Board: K J 6 K Q
Hero showed J J and lost (-$5 net)
      SB showed Q K and won $9.63 ($4.63 net)

I believe that he'd act the way he did with this range. Do you think I'm putting him on the right range and would you put him on any different?

      Hello maheepsangari,

I don't really see many AT type of hands calling the turn there with GS. :D He most likely would have folded the GS. After your line by betting the flop & turn I doubt he would even donk either with Qx. But now again as you may understand he may have still a lot worse Kx hands in his range like AK/KTs or something similar. So therefore folding is kind of out of option here. The question is rather if we should be shipping or not and that would mainly depend on the opponents preflop calling range and how loose we see him being.

      Best Regards.
