Hello all, my name is Martijn from Haarlem, Haarlem is a city in Holland thats next to Amsterdam.

Im active in the Dutch PS community for more then 4 jears now.
Im starting a blog in the english community for this 3 reasons:

1> Because i have to work on my english, as you could see :)

Reason for this is that is have 2 english tests at school for my bachelor's degree.

This are the points i have to work on:

      Present perfect
      Past perfect
      Simpe past

2> I want to switch from FR to SH, so i have to improve my pokerskills.

I played like 30K hands on 10NLFR and was a winner, my winrate was 5/100, but al the 20/30NL shots (3) i took failed :(

Because of tilt and bad traffic on 888 poker FR.

Now i think that there's a lot more money to win in SH then FR (in the dutch community we say that FR is dead) so i want to switch to SH.

I started on 6NL with an 250$ roll and this i my graph so far:

      If i win another 8 BI's i have 350$ and then i swith to 10NLSH.

3> I think the english community is great :)

      Hey there!

You probably get more value from raising the flop than the turn in this spot. The reason is because on the flop you can represent some flush draws occasionally, some medium pair that wants to take end the hand here and now or with a good enough image, even overcards.

After cbetting 3way and barreling the turn your opponent doesn't have many Ax or better combos so you just throw him off hands by raising instead of getting value.

May I ask what was your thinking during this whole hand for all streets before getting all in? :)

Perhaps you could post graphs without EV-line and rakeback.
      Add showdown winnings instead :)

TNX for your feebback odacha, from now I will do!!

Emanuel, this was I thinking,: I have the nuts so i have to slowplay it a bit and hope he will hit something on later streets so i can get in in.

Your IP! Slowplay til river. Raising turn is by far the worst imo. He can value bet a pari between TT and KK easily there which folds on the turn. He can have flushdraws barreling to make you fold some middle pairs. When you raise all of that fold and you get it in vs strong ace or better.

last month i made the switch from FR to SH, I started at 10NL and i had an pretty hard time because of the (semi) regs there :)

This is the graph with a big downswing , couple of times KK>>AA PF AI and sometimes I paid with TP vs set :(

So I had to step back to 6NLSH, and I also read many bronze and silver strategy artikels and there is an weekly SH coacing in the dutch community that im following :)

This was the result of the effort i put in my game playing at 6NL :)

Next month my goal is to beat 10NLSH :)

Mach started verry wel, I played a session 10NL, were I was 2 BI up in 200 hands :)

      Goals 2012:

:diamond: Max play 25K hands, only A-game!!!
      :diamond: Max 6 tables!
:diamond: 25K hands is about 50$ rakeback :)
:diamond: Follow public coaching on weakly basis.
:diamond: Winrate, doesn't matter, I hope it is beter then BE :)

In this hand I battle with a 14-12-3 (reg) Who is stealing 30% from the CO , I don't 3bet in this spto to keep his total range in, his fold to 3bet is like 90% :)

Pacific, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

      CO: $11.47 (114.7 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $17.36 (173.6 bb)
      SB: $11.87 (118.7 bb)
      BB: $2.20 (22 bb)
      MP: $2.23 (22.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A J
MP folds, CO raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, 2 folds

When he checks that flop as pfr he will try to bluffcatch so bomb him. Your flop bet is OK but turn is way too small. Bet like 1.75 at least and shove any river.

If he doesn't bluffcatch you can note that he c/f's air as pfr on Axx. You will know you can bluff all your air in that spot and that you won't get too much value with your made hands.

Btw, sent you a friend request in the community tool.

      Major leak imo

      Second hand (34s)

Preflop: fold or 3bet (folding is better) but calling is the worse option. You rarely will get a good flop, you flop a shitty pair or a flushdraw.

      As played~
Flop: Raise it very big, like you having a set, and won't fold to shove. Don't raise small because they can call for implieds. So I would raise to $4-5.

TNX, I thought that I could outplay the reg :)

Is there a good SH coaching in the Enlish community?

Can you guys take a look at my openranges? Maybe you see something strange:

      UTG: 6,80% 55+, AJs+, AQo
      MP: 11,60% 44+, ATs+, AJo+, KQ, KJs, 98s+
      CO: 27,00% 22+, A2s+, A9o+, K8s+, KTo+, 54s+, 76o+, T8s+
      BU: 36,65% 22+, A2s+, A2o+, K2s+, KTo+, QTo+, Q8s+, 54s+, 76o+, T8s+
      SB: 22,50% 22+, A2s+, A8o+, KTs+, KTo+, QTs+, QTo+, JTs, JTo, T9s

      Is about 20% :)
