I find myself in this situation several times, I have AK and am OOP against a rock who 3-Bets. I fold cause I think 4-Betting maybe overplaying them, calling will give me a huge disadvantage on the flop if I don't hit. So what line should I ideally follow in these situations.

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players

      BTN: $5.15 (103 bb) 5/5/1.0/5.3/25/58
      SB: $5.93 (118.6 bb)
      BB: $1.29 (25.8 bb)
      UTG+1: $7.61 (152.2 bb)
      UTG+2: $1.71 (34.2 bb)
      MP1: $5.97 (119.4 bb)
      MP2: $5.86 (117.2 bb)
      MP3: $6.78 (135.6 bb)
      Hero (CO): $5 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K A
5 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, BTN raises to $0.60, 3 folds

      Results: $0.47 pot
BTN mucked and won $0.47 ($0.27 net)

If an opponent is tight like 5/5 or 9/7 I feel they'd be so aggressive and 3-Bet with JJ+, AK and AK is kinda underdog against them and I end up folding.
