Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with A :spade: A
4 folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero raises to $1, SB calls $0.75

      Flop: ($2.00) 6 :spade: 2 :spade: 7 :club: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.70, SB calls $1.70

      Turn: ($5.40) 4 :club: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.00, SB calls $4

      River: ($13.40) J :spade: (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks

On the river I thought that I am not going to get called by at least 50% worse hands if I bet because my bet would have few options of getting value, mainly his 7x hands.

I think pp's are a rare occasion in his range given that he is aggressive and he limped preflop.

I am considering though a 3.5$ bet on the river. Small enough to be called with his weak hands but would also represent an opportunity for him to c/r bluff me with busted clubs, sd's 6x/7x.

Are the risks outweighing the benefits?

      Hello DeMarcohsp,

Usually in those spots I like rather to take Check behind. Cause even if he is a station, still the J is even a scare-card and of course while FD/SD completed.

      Best Regards.
