I was at the table while this hand happened. NL20 cash table that is. Couldn't believe it.

IPoker, $0.10/$0.20 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 8 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      MP3: $23.33 (116.7 bb)
      CO: $20 (100 bb)
      BTN: $30.84 (154.2 bb)
      SB: $23.59 (118 bb)
      BB: $17.60 (88 bb)
      UTG+2: $10.26 (51.3 bb)
      Hero (MP1): $51.66 (258.3 bb)
      MP2: $21.48 (107.4 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J 7
      3 folds, MP3 raises to $0.60, 3 folds, BB raises to $1.90, MP3 calls $0

      Flop: ($1.30) 9 4 J (2 players)
      Turn: ($1.30) 8 (2 players)
      River: ($1.30) T (2 players)

      Results: $1.30 pot ($0.06 rake)
      Final Board: 9 4 J 8 T
      MP3 showed T J and won $1.24 ($0.64 net)
      BB showed K K and won $0.00 (-$0.60 net)

      1. Both players are nearly full stacks.
      2. Unknown reg-ish guy raises, fish 3bets w/ KK, reg calls
      3. Even though reg only calls the 3bet and they both have plenty of their stacks remaining, the board runs just like they were All-In.
      4. Even though reg sucks out and makes 2 pairs, the pot is split at the end of the hand.
      5. Fish starts calling the other player "cheater". I am "wtf" on chat, fish keeps calling the other guy a cheater.

Let's say I understand having no timebank, I understand the 60's style tables, I understand the table getting stuck and unresponsive while I play a HUSNG vs fish only to find my buy-in and table are gone when I promptly rejoin.

      But this? What is this?

Isn't it their disconnection protection or something? If someone disconnects in a hand they run the hand as if all in, or at least that's what I heard a while back!

I've also noticed that it happened at the tables which have disconnection protection.

Hi guys, talked to their online support today and was advised to send them an e-mail. The things I find weird is that in the 1st hand, the pot should not be split and in the 2nd, where I was involved SB folded.

Will keep you posted, thanks for your interest.

Hi guys (and Ingrid), I have their reply.

      Hello Daniel!

I am Mario your Titan Poker VIP Host.

Our poker team has checked the hands that you have provided to us. Based on their thorough investigation, the results are as follows:

      Hand #1 3173851964

Neumuehl was ALL IN due to the Disconnection Protection option of the table. He was deemed all in the the €0.60 he had invested into the pot. As for JAFAR888, he did not "win" anything. He had €1.30 returned to him as an uncalled bet.

      Hand #2 3180272855

FishsHumns2 was ALL IN due to the Disconnection Protection option of the table. He was deemed all in the the £0.10 he
had invested into the pot. Subsequently he lost the hand for this case.

*Disconnection protection is in place to protect players should their
Internet connection be lost whilst involved in a pot. If a player gets disconnected, they can continue in the hand and contest the amount of the pot that they were financially involved in, up
      to the point of disconnection.

The disconnection protection option is in place for genuine disconnections only.

If any player who abuse this option by intentionally disconnecting may: forfeit monies won, lose disconnection protection privileges or face expulsion from the room.

In conclusion, actions on the hands that you have observed are normal occurrences due to the disconnection protection option in place on these tables. This option is beneficial to the players as disconnections do occur.

"Titan soft needs lot of improvement"
Don't wanted to create another thread , but want to whine a bit about Titan's soft.
I was used to their blue colors and left after improved looks in old days, now they added speed and as honorable fish I'm back.Playing for a while now, I almost already used to lagging during speed poker, but after 1-1 1/2 hours almost impossible to play, not helping re-seat at the table as some good man suggested. But this is beta version, so I'm very patient and "pacific" and gonna wait. BUT absolutely worst thing is lack or shortage of time bank, just ziiiing and your hand is folded or checked. Wtf today I checked on river nuts twice when was deciding how much to bet vs certain range and "lost" ~ 80bb of profit(so embarrassing to admit such shame  ). Annoying. Please, please if you want me, do something, just a bit, teeny time bank or better alarm siren cos even 888 has better soft now.
      GL :)

      Hi dallievas,

I am sure Titan Poker would appreciate any feedback so maybe you should contact them to let them know ;)

As you said correctly, Speed Holdem is still in beta so there are probably going to be a few bugs etc that need kinking out ;)

I understand your frustrations though, nothing worse than timing out when your trying to make a play!

Hope it gets better for you soon!

      Enjoy your weekend,
      Gary
