      I would probably fold flop, since I could be drawing dead or have very little chance to improve
      Turn and river are fine.

      No way I'm folding that flop to a 1/3 potsize bet.
      Got enough outs to play with : three T's for double pair (discounted vs his range 1.5 out), 2 J's for trips (discounted vs his range 1.5 out), 2 outs for a backdoor flush (some discount vs redrawn set to FH, but high implieds so 2 outs it remains), 1.5 out to a backdoor straight.
      That's 7, almost as good as an OESD.

      our outs:
      2 Jacks
      1,5 -2 Tens ( 1 discounted because of straight and flush)
      1 Out for backdoorflush ( backdoorstraight is too weak in that spot, because of other draws)

      = 4,5 -5 Outs

      pot: 2,25
      to call:0.5
      = potodds 4,5 :1
      we need : nearly 8:1 to call
      --> fold!
      i don´t think our implied odds are that good and we do not know what UTG is going to do. And what about calling a bet on the turn?
      --> easy fold

      best regards,
