      $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players

      SB: $6.75 (135 bb)
      BB: $5.04 (100.8 bb)
      UTG+1: $2 (40 bb)
      Hero (UTG+2): $6.74 (134.8 bb) 14/8/3.0/8.0/39/133
      MP1: $12.55 (251 bb) 12/8/10.0/0.0/21/199
      MP2: $5.93 (118.6 bb) 20/3/1.3/0.0/22/36
      MP3: $12.50 (250 bb)
      CO: $2.21 (44.2 bb)
      BTN: $1.90 (38 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with 9 9
CO posts BB OOP, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls $0.05, MP1 raises to $0.30, MP2 calls $0.30, 5 folds, Hero calls $0.25

      Flop: ($1.02) 2 9 Q (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $0.70, MP2 folds, Hero raises to $2.24, MP1 folds

Is check raise a good way of getting money from nits? What play should be used donking into them or should I slow-play here?

      Results: $2.42 pot ($0.10 rake)
      Final Board: 2 9 Q
      Hero mucked 9 9 and won $2.32 ($1.32 net)
MP1 mucked and lost (-$1 net)
MP2 mucked and lost (-$0.30 net)

      Hello maheepsangari,

Preflop: You can also raise up the hand while 99 is strong enough.

      As played
Postflop: Overall seems to be fine, most likely he just didn't have a hand. Another option would be to lead out here and make not to look very strong the Check/Raise.

      Best Regards.
