      I would generally 3-bet KQ on the BU, because MP min-raise opening range tend to be very wide that KQ is ahead so I most of the times can take pot down or play ip with relatively strong hand. Also I don´t let other players to see cheap flop (BB calling range that spot on lower limits may be easily 100%). I would make valueraise on the river to 1$, he may easily b/c with overcards or having worse Qx hand and I have strong enough hand to raise for value
