      Vs unknown i always 3bet preflop. Try not to be OOP without initiative with AK or AQ its just too hard and you loss money. Flop play looks fine.

      Against very tight players I´ve fold AQ, but generally I always 3-bet to get initiative+ fold equity.
      On the flop you have to ask, if you want to play big pot or not.
      I wouldn´t play here big pot, since I can´t call 3-bet or push, so I would c/c flop, c/c turn and if he cheks behind then bet out river.
