How often does villain defend vs SB steals? With a 11% which in sb vs bb could be even higher I would expect him to 3bet TT+, AQ+ plus bunch of other hands. It also depends how do you react to 3bets, cause if you fold a lot, he might flat with some stronger value hands.
If he defends real wide he can have QT, T7s, maybe Q7s and 77 in his valuerange. He could also raise some draws like KJ, J9, 98s, 68s.
His value range is 12combos but this draw range is 28combos. If we can add some pure bluffs or TP hands, ch/calling down should be ok.

I dont see any point on raising the turn. Also I think K is almost the worse turn for you, cause some of his draws improved, some draws turned TP and KQ turned 2pair.

being deep I think best play would be b/c flop. HU tptk is too strong to just b/f and 3-bet would put you very difficult situation if he calls or shoves.
I think c/f turn or calling him down would be better options than c/c turn and c/f on blank river card. if you have no reads then just c/f turn

      best regards,
