As we dont know much about the dynamics I'd assume that BB 3bet coldcalling range is quite narrow like TT, JJ maybe QQ and AK, maybe AQ but most likely not.

CO is not fullstacked, but his calling range is wider because of BB coldcall.

I would also check back the flop, cause u dont want to get raised of a hand with decent equity.
On the turn I expect the BB to give up easily, cause after everyone checked around the flop, he doesnt lead the turn on such a drawy board. Im not sure am I to nitty but I would consider even folding the turn, cause I dont expect him to have almost any pure blufs so our equity is realy poor. Maybe you could argue about shoving there?
On the river I think its a spew, cause the river is a complete brick, you have taken so passive line and now you shove, what do you represent here?

Yeah i rep noting on river i agree, but i called the turn because i am sure if i hit i will stack him thats why my river play is even worst

I think you can´t fold out AQ or better hand, but players should fold Jx, TT, QQ and KK (if they slowplayed pf)+ it isn´t reasonable to think you can make them fold weak Ax hands

Since you have no showdown value and at least 28% equity I would bet 8$ on the flop and would shove any turn card

      best regards,
