      I think I'd make a 1/3-1/2 PS value bet - which is pretty light, but my thought process would be: if he had a higher flush, he's bet the turn or at least bet the river after I checked the turn. if he has a boat (JJ,AJ) he's also lead often. However, I'd think he never has a boat here: he would not call your flop raise with JJ, no draw. He may have a weaker flush or he may have an A - I think you get calls from both hands if you bet smallish.
