      Bet river for thin value vs Kx. About $3, obviously fold to a shove. This gives you a way of getting away from hands that beat you, because if you check he can then bet $5 and you would probably call, therefore losing $2 more than if you made a thin value bet. Also, hands you beat will almost always check behind on this river, any Kx will not make a bet but will usually call a thin value bet. Sure we lose out on people spewing busted draws on the river that could happen if we checked but almost every draw hits on the river so c/c is uncomfortable.

      my plan was to c/f river or blocking bet for thin value against pps/5x not Kx... :)

      Hello nipbourne,

      Check/Folding might be a bit too weak. I would rather block-bet myself unless I expect the opponent being pretty passive and wont be betting with worse hands nor calling them.
