      UTG: $75.44 (301.8 bb)
      Hero (MP): $24.75 (99 bb)
      CO: $10 (40 bb)
      BTN: $27.82 (111.3 bb)
      SB: $27.93 (111.7 bb)
      BB: $28.78 (115.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A:club: Q:heart:
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO folds, BTN calls $0.75, 2 folds

      Flop: ($1.85) 3:diamond: 5:diamond: 8:spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.25, BTN calls $1.25

      Turn: ($4.35) 7:heart: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      River: ($4.35) 7:spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $3.11, Hero calls $3.11

I called on the river as I thought the FD would very much be in his range after the turn check. It was either c/c or c/f but after tanking for quite a bit, I thought I could bluff catch against a 40/25 fish.

Against a fish I would consider not cbeting this flop if his fold to cbet stat isnt high as most likely you're getting called and there are not much turns you could barrel on.
On the river I think it depends how aggresive is he, If you've seen him take this line with a busted draw. On the flop his calling range is much wider then just FD's. He calls with any 8x, 5x and maybe even 3x, 44,66,77, bunch of straight draws like 67, 64, 97 and with some FD's.
There are more FD combos than 7x combos on river,so If you expect that he doesnt valubet any thinner and he can be bluffing busted draw here, it can be ok. I think its really close and I preffer folding, cause he might do some wierd slowplay or bluff with the best hand occasionaly.

I think betting flop for value should be fine, you can´t really start c/c him down and likely with best hand I prefer c-bet. If I check/fold turn I would also prefer c/f river. If he has there draw/float he would bet turn and likely he has there easy valuebet on the river with any pair

      best regards,
