I don't know if I played right. I called pre flop because two fishes limped behind me and they got big stacks. I think on flop I'm getting very good implied pot odds.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7, Q.
5 folds, CO calls $0.04, BU calls $0.04, Hero calls $0.02, BB checks.

      Flop: ($0.16) J, 9, 8 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.12, CO calls $0.12, BU raises to $0.44, Hero calls $0.44, BB raises to $1.30, CO folds, BU calls $0.86, Hero calls $0.86.

      Turn: ($4.18) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BU raises to $4.65, Hero folds.

      River: ($8.83) 5 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $8.83.

      Results follow:

BU shows two pairs, jacks and eights(Jc 8s).
BB shows a straight, queen high(Tc Qc).

BU wins with two pairs, jacks and eights(Jc 8s).
BB wins with a straight, queen high(Tc Qc).

      Hello TheWinnerTakesItAll,

Welcome to the NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

If you don't know how to play postflop then rather fold those hands preflop! Especially how you played postflop which is really bad, you don't even get the implied odds for a draw here. :( Neither don't know what is BB going to do, you are in sandwich position and you should just fold there.

      Best Regards.
