      Preflop: I would definitely raise it bigger ~$1,40.
      Postflop: Against his stack there is not much to do, we ain't planning to fold. And neither I don't mind Checking even behind.

      Ι prefer to bet the flop like 3.2$ for value Vs SD plus weaker K and to reduce the competition.

      I would also put him all in on turn.
