How to play these sort of hands? Should I bet into villain, or Check/Call Flop & Turn, hope for check/check river?

Don't really know the best way, how to play it when IP or OOP?

      BTN: $13.26 (132.6 bb)
      SB: $5.32 (53.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7 7
MP folds, CO raises to $0.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.65) 6 J J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.46, CO calls $0.46

Hero checks, CO bets $0.80, Hero calls $0.80

      Hello MattDenness,

Well, depends a lot on the opponent we are against. What kind of CB he has? I don't really like your play here. If you Bet the flop then why do you skip on turn?

      Best Regards.
