      What's your plan if he ships the river? :P Do you plan to Check/Call? If so then rather just ship yourself. ;) There ain't many missed draw vs you should pick Check/Call.

      Well I think all hands that could bet the river are in front so I actually thought of check/folding on river, but his bet was so small that I thought maybe he could end up with same straight as I have with some AX kind of hand.

      Well, of course we are calling such a Bet. :P We are never folding there. But I was mainly talking about why not to ship? Such a guy may easily even have a lot worse.
