      Hello ilovemagic,

      Most likely I wouldn't be donking the flop and let him still CB it with just overcards which he could be even folding. :) But of course overall we are never playing it differently otherwise as he raises.

      alright then. my reasoning can get a bit "skewed" when trying to make optimal decisions. i'll probably remember tomorrow after subconsciously thinking about this hand for the next 24 hrs , as to why i donk bet this flop...i guess i just wanted him to raise me thinking i was weak!

      Doubt that you are going to make look always weak when you donk out here. :) But rather you skipping value from the hands which are some overcards and they would just fold unless the opponent starts to float. Especially if he has high CB, if he has low CB then I don't even mind the donk-out.
