      I have no reason to put him on flush draw.
      Since his stack on the river is only about 1/2 pot I would shove, rather than making 10$ bet.
      And I would bet since worse hands would check behind and better hands would shove and it is very hard to lay down here overpair.

      actually i was not worrying about a flushdraw here,

      chances that double pair or set was calling down seemed more real
      i just did not feel comfortable with AA in that spot

      I would also call you down with any set, probably re-raise with two pair on the flop. But it is just the risk you have to take- if you took c/c turn, c/f river, then you might pushed out with better hand.
      But a very few people would call all-in with set or two pair. They panic on the turn or flop and try to get their money all-in asap.

      i would like to CRAI on turn to get value from floats. This is better if you don't plan to fold.
