      should i flat or is this better way to extrackt value because his 3betting range is QQ+ most off the time ?

      I think i would fold this oop against this Villain. 4bet/broke would be an overplay, since he could have very little bluff 3betting range (if any), but shoving over QQ+/AK.
      Setmining could be an option, but we can get ourselves into very though spots / guessing games, especially on low boards.
      As played, on the flop both ch/call and chR seem good options for me.

      Preflop: Against such a small 3bet and being OOP and vs the nit I would just fold it. :)

      Postflop: Not really worth even Check/Raising cause you just will AK type of hands to fold. He doesn't have that many FD/SD type of hands in his range and you can easily just Check/Call it.
