      fold turn for sure. And I don't like your turn bet unless you intended to bluff many Rivers. This is because the turn further coordinates the board and you are hardly getting anything to fold besides 77 and 88 which may even raise Preflop. 56/46/67/A4 are all hands that are improved by the turn and you have no fold equity against these hands on the turn so you would need to bluff the River to push these hands off.

      I will probably c/f turn but if you do choose to bet, you need to fire River. And when you get raised, you need to fold. he might somehow have 47s/42s already if he's loose so you are drawing to a chop. Also you are OOP so you can't extract value. And your one card straight draw is so obvious, so your implied odds aren't good.

      There is no need to Bet the turn at all. You most likely ain't making any made hands to fold. And nor we can't Bet/Call cause you don't get the odds there. You rarely even know how good you do when you do hit and neither if you get paid.
