Are you sure? When a user clicks on your link "http://www.pokerstrategy.com/#XXXXXX" it will direct them to straight to "http://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/" your link will not stay in the browser. Perhaps this is giving the illusion that your link is not working.
Alternatively you can also refer people, and tell them to add your user name "ragney" in the referral box, this will also work
