      You don´t have to 3-bet that big being ip. With QQ you rather want to see him calling with worse pp-s, Qx and Ax hands where you have most of the times quite easy decisions postflop. I would 3-bet mostly there 03-0.35$ that is enough to put more money in the pot with good hand.

      Since there are too many bad cards I would just raise flop to 1.4$ and call shove. Not sure how you likely getting all-in T and A turns.
