      Although this is Zoom and I have no HUD, I'd already marked this player as loose.

      In the past I usually raise these donk bets, but recently I just let them bet their crap on these 'safe' looking boards. Not many hands beat me here.

      1) Would you raise the flop, since it's not very drawy?
      2) Is there any value betting the river? I assume he's a bad loose player, limp calling in 6-max, so I still feel there's some value on this river? Only 45 completes a draw.

      Nah, I doubt that there is much value in raising the flop. How many worse hands Call you? And otherwise on the river seems to be fine, wouldn't make it any bigger.
