      Hello.

      If we assume that CO raises premium hands (which is the case most of the time), there is so much trash in his range that he would fold to a preflop bet. That's why I would bet it pre.

      If you didn't notice CO posted dead blind, I would play it the same way but c/f river. One cannot tell if an unknown will call a bet with A or K high or bet it himself. Notice that every pocket expect 44 and 9x beat you.

      If you did notice CO posted db, I would bet/fold flop and c/f turn and river.

      Exactly what John says about preflop, it is time to be aggressive here!

      Now on the Flop I would lead it for the same reason but the effect is less because he sees the Flop obviously

      The river should either be a small bet or a check/fold. He is simply not betting any worse hands when you check to him
