Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

      CO: $61.02 (244.1 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $49.60 (198.4 bb) 38/34/3.0/21.4/67/31
      SB: $25.69 (102.8 bb)
      BB: $6.25 (25 bb) Unknown
      MP: $12.16 (48.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 4 6
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, SB folds, BB calls $0.50

      Flop: ($1.60) 9 J 4 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1, BB calls $1

      Turn: ($3.60) A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.25, BB calls $2.25

Usually I'd give up here but my hand improved to a flush draw. However he is very short stacked. But I wouldn't mind stacking up here against this guy. So, a C-Bet or just shove or don't try these stupid moves against short stacks?

      River: ($8.10) 4 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.25, BB folds

      Results: $8.10 pot ($0.36 rake)
      Final Board: 9 J 4 A 4
      Hero mucked 4 6 and won $7.74 ($3.74 net)
BB mucked and lost (-$4 net)

      Hi maheepsangari,

hah ... I'm not really a big fan of your play here ^^.

I'd start with your opening range. It's just not good idea to open hands like these with shortstack on blinds - who might or not be playing SSS ...
You have just no implieds odds and unless he's playing the original SSS you don't have a lot FE preflop either ...

As played - nonononono you're just donating, bro ... ~~
nothing worse calls, nothing better folds you have 0 equity aaand ... I just really, really don't like this ... Never do that again please ^^

      Hello maheepsangari,

Don't try to bluff a shorty, I would most likely Check behind on the turn and be happy that I get to see a free card. Do you plan to go broke on turn?

      Best Regards.
