Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $0.77
      SB:
      $0.61
      BB:
      $2.52
      UTG2:
      $2.03
      MP1:
      $0.49
      MP2:
      $1.99
      MP3 (Hero):
      $1.80
      CO:
      $2.29

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T, T.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, CO calls $0.08, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.19) 9, 9, 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.14, CO calls $0.14.

      Turn: ($0.47) J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.33, CO calls $0.33.

      River: ($1.13) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40.

      Final Pot: $1.93.

      Results follow:

CO shows two pairs, aces and nines(Ah Ad).
Hero shows two pairs, tens and nines(Tc Th).

CO wins with two pairs, aces and nines(Ah Ad).

Since he called preflop after me, I thought he had low poker pairs or maybe Ax, KQ
Post flop, I thought I raise because I still had over pairs

On the turn, I thought he misses a set with small pockets so I bet anyway.

On the river, I was ready to give it up. But .4 seems like it was worth calling in a 1.13 pot.

      Hi,

I would also c/c river, since he can always bet for value worse hands or have there missed spades that he is taking with cheap stab.
You get great odds to go for showdown with your TT

      best regards,
