Is it ok to 3bet this MP raiser w AQo. I play c/f flop. Obviously bet the turn. Maybe I should have jammed the river because it's like a negative freeroll but at the time of the hand I didnt see him call me with worse. Suggestions?

      Hello jozata,

Preflop: What's the purpose of the 3bet? You doing it for value or as a bluff? What's the opponents fold to 3bet so far?

      As played
Postflop: Not much you can do there, I wouldn't play it any differently. You ain't getting called on the river anyways from worse. Another option would even be to Check the turn and let him bluff or if he even checks then Bet the river for value.

      Best Regards.

His fold to 3bet is 33 for 109 hands-small sample. So how do you suggest to play preflop-call or fold? As played are you calling the river if he shoves?

Most likely I would just flat and keep his range wide rather than 3bet and play against such an opponent OOP. Of course we could argue about 3betting for value but still he is doing it from MP which tells us that his range is rather stronger. His PFR so far is also kind of small for 5max.

Nah, I would most likely be planning to fold, cause I doubt that he would come up with a lot worse hands while at the same time even sets etc type of hands are possible. He is most likely Checking behind with some showdown value rather than turning it into bluff.
