      UTG+1: $61.81 (123.6 bb)
      Hero (UTG+2): $53.32 (106.6 bb)
      MP1: $60.97 (121.9 bb)
      MP2: $59.51 (119 bb)
      MP3: $26.25 (52.5 bb)
      CO: $50.27 (100.5 bb)
      BTN: $9.56 (19.1 bb)
      SB: $45.42 (90.8 bb)
      BB: $58.22 (116.4 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A A
      UTG+1 raises to $1.75, Hero calls $1.75, 7 folds

      Flop: ($4.25) 9 2 7 (2 players)
      UTG+1 bets $3.25, Hero calls $3.25

      Turn: ($10.75) J (2 players)
      UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $7, UTG+1 calls $7

      River: ($24.75) 5 (2 players)
      UTG+1 checks, Hero ???

Villain is tight and pretty straightforward, cbets 68% on the flop and 55% on the turn. He plays 11/9/3.8 AF 4.4.

I decided to smooth call AA UTG+2, because he folds to 3bet 83% of the time and the table was aggressive enough. At least 4 more people behind who like to 3bet and squeeze a lot. Plus an aggressive short stack who just lost the previous pot and was reduced to 20BB, so i decided to give somebody a chance to 3bet. Nothing happens and we take a flop heads up.

Flop: Is there a reason for me to raise? The flop doesn't connect with his range of high cards, but that is pretty unlikely as i hold two of the aces. Should I always raise AA on such a flop if for some reason I slowplay preflop?

Turn: Once he checks, I thought the hand was over, but i still bet for value, maybe I get called by something. What do I do if he check-raises the turn? Do I give him QQ-KK and shove?

River: The flush completes and he checks again, is this a must value bet? I'm getting called by QQ and KK only, the flush will most likely raise. I didn't realize he could not have AsKs or AsQs as I had the As myself.... :f_mad:
What do I do if I bet and he raises? Standard fold?

      Hello circoflax,

Depends on the opponent, on our image. :) If we expect him mainly CB here with overpairs then sure just raise it and go for stacks, especially if we have aggressive image. If we are rather passive then play as you did and Bet the river for value vs his wide range and while we block the A.

      Best Regards.
