      The question is – do I bet the turn for protection + free showdown or do I check back and still hope for a free showdown since he is so passive?

      Hello Avatars91,

      We can't really protect from much on the turn. There ain't even many draws. Therefore I would just Check it behind and let him have the pot. Especially when he is a passive guy he wont be betting the river anyways without a hand.
