      Almost 10 days since my ID was sent to you and no money in my account yet, I just want to know if there´s a problem my ID or what.

      Just let me know, i think it´s too much time now, really losing my hope.

      ps:My ticket was answered about that money being transfered to my account, that´s why i posted here.

      Hello alcidesl66,

      If the money transfer has already been initiated then simply be patient. The longer waiting time is most likely due to the transfer being initiated over a weekend + holiday.
