      Hi,

      against 70/20 player I would prefer myself 3-bet/fold pf.
      You should be ahead his isolating range and since there are 0.35$ in the pot then taking ti down is also fine.

      Also he would likely call with worse hands pre-flop and you can take often pot down with c-bet postflop and if you hit your A or J you can play for stacks

      Once you just called I would also folded on the flop.
