2 folds, Hero raises to $1,50, BU folds, SB calls $1,25, BB folds.

Was not sure if i should bet again for free showdown or check behind and get to showdown as cheap as possible.

SB bets $0,5, Hero raises to $9,00, SB calls $8,50.

I think i should bet more since he would call more with an Ax.

      Hello chocular77,

Why do you 2nd barrel the turn with showdown value? Vs such an opponent I would just Check it behind. :) From what you protecting?

But otherwise not much to comment.

      Best Regards.

I ask myself if i either bet for free showdown --> i decide the size of the bet.
Here the question is if he can call with a weaker hand which i can't know for sure. But given his VPIP so far he could be fishy enough.

Or i can call a bet on river if i check behind. --> Would be hard
The question is if he could bluff on river. Since i don't have a real information on his aggression i would sometimes have to c/f the best hand.

Well, if you are betting for free showdown, isn't it better to let him rather bluff? :D With betting you making worse to fold and don't even let him bluff but meanwhile he could be bluffing the river with total crap and also just check with weaker hands. ;)
