Hand played vs a semi`reg player,i prefer call PF becasue i dominate his range and i don't want to play 3bet pot oop where he`s got a mid stack and can go crazy to shove on me and i won't be able to call.

Flop : 100% he`s cbeting ... my hand got good eq so i decide to c/r because c/c could have put me in a spot where i have to fold to a second bet on turn on a blank.

Turn: i go for c/call because if i bet out he could shove on me again and i have like 30% eq... calling there i think is fine because i got 25%pot odds(without implied)

River:sad card,in my opinion any 9,K or spade whould have gave me the nuts.

What do you think about the overall play?Is my c/call on turn ok?

      Hello cozacu,

Don't like your play at all. Of course preflop is fine but I don't get your Check/Raise on the flop and you don't continue with such great add-on equity there on the turn? Standard CB spot. Rather don't Check/Raise at all if you are going to play like that. :(

      Best Regards.

Is bet/fold an option here on the turn?
Or simply bet/call shove ... i don't like either of them.

Because if you bet/fold = vaste of money
If you bet/call shove = vaste of money because you`ve only got 30%eq ... almost non-existent fold eq on that board... and he`s got more behind on the turn than the size of the pot

If you don't like it then don't take it I am just giving you my point of view. I don't like Check/Calling either while you most likely don't get the implied odds and might even have reversed implied odds. Do you really think he is like snap-giving you all the money if you hit your ?

Maybe not but he doesn't have much behind, like 3$ into 5.8$.I`m not saying your point of view is not better than mine,i just want to understand it...

      I presume b/fold is way of the question,so we bet/call shove ... it's +ev to call 4.36$ into a pot of 3$ with 30% eq?

What about us shoving directly the turn?Isn't that the best move then if we`re going to call anyway?

Well, if you Bet then you had already invested some money, for example you Bet $2 you would need only 20% equity.

What about us shoving directly the turn?Isn't that the best move then if we`re going to call anyway?

Then rather make bigger raise on the flop and then prepare it for the ship.
