bwin login error.

      hi.
      i made wednesday an account at bwin affiliated trough Pokerstrategy worked perfectly and from thursday morning i keep getting the messasge: "Invalid username and password" when i try to login in the poker client.
      i checked both usr&pass and they are fine, because i can login to the site, but not the poker client.
      anyone has some ideas how to deal with this problem?

      happened to me once,

      I changed my password before that, and after that i was able to login to site, but not to client.
      Problem was, my password was too long :more than 16 characters I think.
      Strange,
      changed my pass again, and was ok than.

      i will.
      don't think it's the password because i change it allready in this period of failed log-ins.
      when i log-in on the site on MyAccount it appears a yellow pop-up, and the last tab says Your account is closed. but i didn't receive any notice from them.
      i e-mailed bwin and wait for a response.

      finally today bwin contacted me, and they require a copy of my Id and credit card to unlock my account.
      funny today my funds also disappeared from my account, but i hope this is a bug.

      Security checks are very common amongst Poker Rooms. Once you have it all sorted I am sure you're money will be there again ;)
