Standard? I don't understand what he's trying to represent on the turn. If he was a 20/6, then yeah, I'd give more credit for being retarded and slowplaying like that.

      Hello BadeaCelRau,

Nah, I wouldn't say that he can't represent anything here. He could easily even play this way as well with sets. Especially he sees that the J hits a lot of other opponents range. His plan maybe was to Check/Raise the flop but missed it and then went for the plan on turn vs Jx.

But of course also depends on the opponent, he definitely also has bluffs/semi-bluffs in his range and you can face such hands as well. Both options are fine and whatever the dynamics were with the guy you can act accordingly.

For example what do you think he is flatting preflop with?

      Best Regards.

Well I don't think he is cold calling 56 from MP and when he instantly bets the river without even blinking I felt it's a bluff (plus I'm a big calling station :D ). Don't you believe he should think for a bit when there are 4 straight cards on the board if he's holding a set?

I didn't put him on a straight but rather on PP. And what I was asking about is the call open range mainly.

I don't know, only 256 hands on him :( .Probably pocket pairs, yes, but since he had 9Ts maybe his range contains much more.
