      Everest - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
      Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

      UTG: $11.20
      Hero (BTN): $8.81
      SB: $4.27
      BB: $13.43

      SB posts SB $0.03, BB posts BB $0.05

      Pre Flop: (pot: $0.08) Hero has 7:club: 5:club:

      UTG raises to $0.18, Hero calls $0.18, fold, BB calls $0.13
      i call because of my opponent, position and we're pretty deep.
      this is a 15/13/300hands nit that i've seen stacking off overpairs against sets on dry boards twice, so i trust my implied

      Flop: ($0.57, 3 players) 8:heart: 6:spade: T:spade:
      BB checks, UTG bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, fold
      80cbetflop(20), 60cbetturn(5)

      Turn: ($1.37, 2 players) 2:heart:
      UTG bets $1.00, Hero calls $1.00
      he almost definitely has a hand. think can i trust my implied?

      River: ($3.37, 2 players) 3:heart:
      UTG checks, Hero checks
      better not try to bluff him out, hell that's why i had implied in the first place

      UTG shows T:club: T:diamond: (Three of a Kind, Tens) (Pre 80%, Flop 75%, Turn 82%)
      Hero shows 7:club: 5:club: (High Card, Ten) (Pre 20%, Flop 25%, Turn 18%)
      UTG wins $3.15

      If hes just over 3x pre-flop here, and hes a 15/13 player.. why you even calling? straight up fold imho. You say hes stacking of overpairs against sets.. but you dont expect to flop a set? Or Flush? You dont even have implied odds for hitting a pair, as its propably not going to be good v him.

      Flop

             Equity     Win     Tie
      BU     35.68%  35.25%   0.44% { 7c5c }
      SB     64.32%  63.88%   0.44% { 22+, A2s+, KQs, ATo+, KJo+ }

      This is why its a fold.

      Turn

      Board: 8:heart: T:spade: 6:spade:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      BU     39.49%  38.65%   0.84% { 7c5c }
      SB     60.51%  59.67%   0.84% { 22+, A2s+, KQs, ATo+, KJo+ }

      again fold to cbet.

      River

      Board: 8:heart: T:spade: 6:spade:  2:heart:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      BU     25.02%  24.88%   0.14% { 7c5c }
      SB     74.98%  74.83%   0.14% { 22+, A2s+, KQs, ATo+, KJo+ }

      Check the best move you made this hand?
      You had T high, you have 8%~ to hit the 9 on the river ? And your getting just over 2:1 odds to call ?

      Looked at results

      So the results kind of match up to my ranges etc.. but it should of been a fold pre-flop, and every turn...

      the 4 works too.
      and of course i won't continue postflop with just a pair. only twopair+, sometimes even not two pair... anyway i was hoping for some flop like this really.
      no way i ever fold this flop, but you're right, turn is just spew, and in the other hand too specially... i was just trying to talk myself into it, need people to tell me to get real.

      i disagree with your postflop ranges though, he definitely does not cbet with entire range and much less second barrel. on these two strong barrels he has at least top pair like all the time.
      so i get even less overall equity, but i was relying only on "implied" for completing straight so i actually get only like some 18% or something anyway.

      whatever. i need a break, need some variance-free games like chess for some days (well we could still argue about "human factor variance" i guess)

      Hello Tomaloc,

      Fold preflop! This is even a must, your play postflop is just horrible. You are drawing on a board where you have reversed implied odds most likely and also FD possible which discounts outs. :(

      Best Regards.
