Since we only suspect our opponent to be bad enough for us to make this raise, do you agree with the preflop play or is it a bit too much?

As played: would you have bet the river for thin value as well?

Pretty small sample, a bit thin for value, not sure what his c3b% is.

River check behind. Atleast I wouldn't bet for value there, since there is not much value you get from weaker hands.

      Hello Avatars91,

Preflop play is still fine but I don't really like the Bet on the river, don't really see that many worse hands paying you. I would just Check behind and skip the thin value.

      Best Regards.

Had the river been a 6 that does not complete the flushdraw would you like the thin value bet? I just thought that againt such a small bet I can expect calls from any weaker Qx hand as well as most weaker PPs. Or is the sample size too small to assume that our opponent is that bad?

The problem is that most of his range is just going to fold there cause it's going to be a lot missed FDs. If we at least had some kind of Q82 or whatsoever board and for example the deuce on the turn then at least an 8x could be calling. But what does now Call you? Just some combos of Qx.

Of course we could do that but do we have enough of information on the guy for that? :)

I suppose that if we had QJ the situation would not be too different? Even if I thought that villain calls some medium PPs as well?

Yep, with QJ would be whole different story, there at least some worse combos as Q9/QT.
