      villain seems like a lagtard. only have 45 hands on him but plays 18/16/10.5 VPIP/PFR/3bet

      is this an easy 4bet / call shove or an easy fold to 3bet pre? flatting is out of the picture

      Depends a lot on the dynamics and if he was mainly 3betting from that spot, any spot, or mainly from the blinds. That can differ. Maybe he was just 3betting on the blinds and now find a hand. Then I would rather just fold my hand, if he has been 3betting a lot us then just 4bet it and get it in.
