      I would certainly raise to pot if at least one of my aces was suited and i had a broadway card.

      preflop yes. best hand pre so you can't do wrong.

      I wouldn't recommend doing that with unsuited aces, as they can be very easily beaten.

      With unsuited aces, you are even more happy to shove preflop. As then you don't have to make postflop decision, which will be usually hard with bare overpair.

      Even unsuited aces is always* a favorite against non-AAxx hand preflop. So why wouldn't you make a bullet proof +EV decision when you have the chance?

      There are some theoretical situations where you should fold aces preflop, but I wouldn't worry about them.

      * not always, in theory you might be a marginal underdog with crappy aces.

      4betting AAxx with 100BB stacks is pretty unexploitable in general. You have to be more careful at 3betting though, as 3betting trashy AAxx out of position usually isn't the best idea. And the things also become more complicated if you have deep stacks.
