      Preflop: Depends a lot what's his 3bet on the BTN. He could maybe easily just have the overall 3bet high cause of blinds. :) So according to that I would act or dependent on the dynamics. What about W$SD? According to that we could say either he is having mainly strong hands when he goes broke or not.

      Postflop: Difficult to say without even knowing much about the opponents postflop, nor what kind of range he is calling vs 4bets. It could be profitable Call vs some looser range and at the same time it could be not. :) If he really wanted to bluff why didn't he do it earlier for example?
