As I got him already bluffing and see that he is capable of turning his hand into a bluff what do you think about X/call or X/shove?

I would opt for a value bet on the river rather than pot sized

If you make the bet around $6-8 he might call with Jx hands and if he is capable of bluffing you might induce him to raise with hand like 9T, KT, Jx

      Hello Sikac,

There ain't really many hands what Call you on the river. You also have 2 Qs. Most likely if you bet it then you have to bet it smallish to get value maybe from Jx/PPs. Or another possibility would be if you expect him to to be able to bluff then just Check/Shove.

      Best Regards.

[FR] NL25 AQo 7.04. showed that he is capable of making bluff raises so I assume that a bluff bet shouldn t be a problem that why U think my shove here is wrong and a X/shove is the better option sice the value is anyway thin

Well, as you said he is capable of bluffing and especially when he doesn't really have many worse to Call. :P Not really worth shipping, only very small part of his range is capable of calling it.
