      Hero (BTN): $22.85 (228.5 bb)
      SB: $24.71 (247.1 bb)
      BB: $23.60 (236 bb)
      UTG: $13.16 (131.6 bb)
      MP: $10 (100 bb)
      CO: $17.39 (173.9 bb)

      villain unknown
don't think i could of played this hand any worse, if it was 100bb deep id just ship the flop, but being 220bb deep & him overbetting i didnt know if hes doing it with small flopped flush/set/two pair or whatever.
I hate not raising for protection, but i dont think he would be overbetting 2 streets with just NFD or pair plus Ah. Also i don't like raise folding flop/turn.

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 8:diamond: 8:club:
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, SB folds, BB calls $0.15

      Flop: ($0.55) 4:heart: 8:heart: J:heart: (2 players)
BB bets $0.70, Hero calls $0.70

      Turn: ($1.95) T:diamond: (2 players)
BB bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50

      River: ($6.95) 9:spade: (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks

      Results: $6.95 pot ($0.31 rake)
      Final Board: 4:heart: 8:heart: J:heart: T:diamond: 9:spade:
      Hero showed 8:diamond: 8:club: and won $6.64 ($3.19 net)
BB showed 4:spade: 4:diamond: and lost (-$3.45 net)

      Hello dannywratten,

Doubt that he is over-betting with flush there. Most likely he would be trapping you with it. Therefore I would just raise the flop and protect my hand, even if you are against a flush you have a lot of outs. :)

      Best Regards.

I actually think this hand is played optimally 200+bb deep

I might bet like 1.80 otr to get curiosity calls from 2p
