Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BTN: $43.92 (175.7 bb)
      Hero (SB): $26.43 (105.7 bb)
      BB: $46.10 (184.4 bb)
      UTG: $24.65 (98.6 bb)
      MP: $14.23 (56.9 bb)
      CO: $51.20 (204.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A Q
UTG raises to $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.25, BB folds, UTG calls $1.50

      Flop: ($4.75) J T 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $3, UTG calls $3

      Turn: ($10.75) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $5, Hero calls $5

I don't bet the turn cause I don't want to get raised and have to fold then. I think my hand has about 10 outs and so I plan to play this draw passively.

      River: ($20.75) 5 (2 players)
      Hero checks, UTG checks

      Hi,

I think your hand is too strong and at the same times doesn´t have enough showdown value to c/c turn

I would either take b/c line to 8$ or c/rai to induce bet from floats and hands that would going to b/f- like KTs or maybe 88

If you bet turn he has to fold all his medium strength hands, like ATs and 88-66. C/rai would give you most fold equity (especially against 5$ bet) and you don´t have to worry seeing river card and hoping to catch up.

      Best regards,
