      We should treat this small bet as a check and just keep value betting like normal, its actually even more of a reason to bet because of his small bet its likely that he is not nutted.

      8-9 is fine.

      Exactly as pleno1 pointed out. Very easy and simple rule, treat those min-bets as Checks, add the 50 cents into the pot and make accordingly to that your CB. :)
